Address to the Nation by President Park Geun-hye
Fellow Koreans, once again, I deeply apologize for the grave concern to the people brought about by my carelessness. As I see how people are heartbroken from the allegations being made, I certainly believe it is my duty to apologize hundred times and over. Still, it breaks my heart even more to realize that all the dismay and resentment may not be soothed despite my such apologies.
